Cliveden Technology is a joint venture founded in 2005 by LTC. Rodney E. Tudor (USA, Ret.) and Blue Tech of San Diego, CA. Cliveden Technology joint venture is a veteran-owned business based on the Joint Venture Requirements 13 C.F.R 121.103 and 13 C.F.R 125.15.
As a joint venture, Cliveden Technology is able to retain Blue Tech's 24 years of past experience in the federal and commercial space. Cliveden Technology prides itself on its past performance and has a wide range of customers including but not limited to the Army Corp of Engineers, Bechtel, and the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, CA.
With its years of field-tested experience, Cliveden Technology can provide solutions that meet the most complex and challenging technological issues facing the government and commercial businesses today.

Cliveden Technology's Capabilities

Cliveden Technology has a reputation for timely delivery of the correct product at quoted prices and also works hard to perform IT-related services on a government-driven time line that (at a minimum) meets the government's expectations for performance.
